Description
Another Seven Symphonies, a symphonic tribute to The Beatles’ music, is a project of WedgeView Music Netherlands whereby the Antwerp Philharmonic Orchestra will play seven symphonies derived from 39 different Beatles’ songs.
The project distinguishes itself from all similar attempts by abstaining from using rhythm sections or vocalists. All movements have been recomposed by using sections of songs combining them with other songs.
The orchestra is led by the Brazilian conductor Alexandra Arrieche and this will be the very first time this music has been performed live on stage, a world premiere in Liverpool.
