Phantom Peak is an open-world immersive experience in Canada Water, London. You'll explore the town and meet characters all at your own pace.

You'll go on a series of trails, where you'll be tasked with helping the townsfolk. You'll need to find clues on noticeboards, watch videos, interact with technology and speak to characters to progress. There are at least ten trails per season, and most people complete 1-2 per visit.

How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain further information, this is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code provided. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

Pricing Information

• One voucher is equal to one ticket

• Vouchers provide you access to discounted tickets on a third-party site

• Tickets retail at £35 - £55, this voucher provides you with a link/code to reduce them to £28 - £36 (+£1.40 - £1.80 per ticket fee). Child tickets retail at £20 and can be booked separately during ticket redemption

• Voucher is valid on all dates between 11th July - 9th November. Please note, the venue is not open every day, so please check dates and times here before booking
